בייגל כוסמין מלא עשיר בחלבון בריא וטעים :)

מצרכים:

1 ק"ג קמח כוסמין מלא
100 גרם אבקת חלבון ללא טעם
20 גרם שמרים
3 כפות מלח
10 מ"ל שמן זית
500 מ"ל מים חמימים
1 יוגורט מועשר בחלבון

הוראות הכנה:


מכניסים לקערה את כל החומרים היבשים ומערבבים
מוסיפים את היוגורט, שומן הזית ומערבבים
מוסיפים את המים לאט לאט ומתחילים ללוש ביד עד לקבלת כדור בצק

מכסים במגבת ומתפיחים שעה

חותכים כדורים של כ 150 גרם ויוצרים שרוך בצק ארוך שלאחריו יוצרים את צורת הבייגל

בקערה טורפים ביצה ובעזרת מברשת מברישים את הבייגלים ומפזרים מעל זעתר או מלח גס
מכניסים לתנור בחום של 180 מעלות לכל 20 דקות עד שהבייגלים מוכנים

*למי שאין או לא רוצה להשתמש באבקת חלבון, יכול להוסיף במקום עוד יוגורט מועשר בחלבון אבל להוריד את כמות המים ל 400 מ"ל
