הלחם המועדף עלי, במיוחד כשהוא יוצא מהתנור :)

מצרכים:


 1 ק"ג קמח כוסמין מלא
2 כפות שמרים יבשים
4 כפות שמן זית
3 כפיות מלח
500 מ"ל מים חמימים

הוראות הכנה:


בקערה גדולה מכניסים את כל המצרכים היבשים ומערבבים, מוסיפים את שמן הזית ומערבבים.

מוסיפים כ-450 מ"ל מים ומתחילים ללוש במעבד מזון (אני אישית לא משתמש במעבד מזון אלא מעבד את הבצק ידנית) עד קבלת בצק אחיד ובמידה וצריך להוסיף את יתרת המים מוסיפים לאט מפני שאנו רוצים לקבל בצק קשה מעט ולא לח מידי(את הלישה הסופית של הבצק עדיף לעשות ידני מפני שהבצק קשה והמעבד מזון יתקשה ללוש אותו כמו שצריך).

לאחר שקיבלנו את הבצק שרצינו אנו מחזירים לקערה עוטפים בניילון נצמד(ניתן לכסות במגבת גם) ומתפיחים שעה. לאחר התפחה של שעה מוציאים את הבצק ולשים שוב על מנת להוציא את האוויר ממנו,חותכים לשתי חתיכות שוות,מעצבים לצורה של לחם מניחים בתבנית עם נייר אפייה ומתפיחים שוב ל45 דקות.

לאחר ההתפחה השנייה מכניסים לתנור שחומם מראש לחום של כ-180 מעלות ל45 דקות של אפייה. לאחר 45 דקות נועצים קיסם לוודא שהלחם מוכן(הקיסם יוצא יבש ללא שאריות בצק). במידה והלחם מוכן סוגרים את התנור כשהלחם בפנים לעוד כ-חצי שעה וזהו.

ניתן להוסיף תוספות שאוהבים מעל הלחם לפני האפייה כגון:בצל,אגוזים,עגניות מיובשות,זיתים וכו'…
