חצי סלסלת פטריות טריות
1 ביצה
כף אבקת מרק פטריות
אופן הכנה:
הכנת הבצק:
מחממים בסיר את השמן, המים והמלח עד לרתיחה ומכבים.
מוסיפים את הקמח ואבקת האפייה לאט ומערבבים עד לקבלת בצק אחיד
מוסיפים את הביצה ומערבבים היטב עד לקבלת בצק אחיד
מחלקים ל-2 ושמים בצד שיתקרר מעט.
הכנת המלית:
בקערה מעבירים את כל המצרכים מערבבים היטב לקבלת תערובת אחידה ושמים בצד.
אופן ההכנה:
מקמחים בקמח כוסמין משטח עבודה ומעבירים את הבצק.
לאחר שהתקרר מעט מרדדים לגובה של חצי ס"מ, שופכים את המלית, מפזרים באחידות על הבצק ומכסים עם הבצק המרודד השני.
מהדקים את קצוות הבצק אחד לשני, מורחים מעל ביצה טרופה ומפזרים זעתר או סומסום ומכניסים לתנור שחומם מראש לחצי שעה בחום 200 מעלות.
