מרק כרישה טעים ומזין ליום חורפי

מרק שלא תרצו לפספס :)

היום קמתי ליום חורפי ונפלא, מה שהעלה בי זכרונות ממרק הכרישה הטעים והחורפי הזה, שכל מה שבא לי זה להתכרבל עם הילדים מתחת לפוך ולעשות מרתון של סמי הכבאי 🙂

אז במיוחד עבורכם קבלו מתכון למרק חורפי ומשפחתי.

מצרכים
4 כרישות
1 בצל
3 תפוח אדמה
3 כפות אבקת מרק פיטריות
שמן זית
חצי מיכל קרם קוקוס
2 כפיות אגוז מוסקט
כף טימין
מלח לפי הטעם
פלפל לפי הטעם
כפית כורכום

הוראות הכנה
לקצוץ את הכרישות והבצל ולהכניס לסיר עם שמן זית לריכוך במשך כעשר דקות על אש קטנה. לאחר מכן מוסיפים את קרם הקוקוס, מערבבים היטב ומכסים לעוד שלוש דקות.
מוסיפים את התבלינים כולל אבקת הפטריות ומערבבים היטב. מוסיפים את חתיכות תפוחי האדמה, מערבבים ומכסים לשתי דקות נוספות.

ממלאים את הסיר במים (לכסות את הירקות פלוס 5 ס״מ מעליהם) ומביאים לרתיחה ואז מורידים את האש לנמוכה ומכסים לעוד כ-35 דקות. לטעום מידי פעם ולתקן או לשפר עם מלח/פלפל בהתאם.

לסיום, אפשר עם מוט בלנדר טוחן לטחון את המרק למרקם האהוב עליכם.

אופציית הגשה: למי שאוהב שידרוגים, כדאי לפזר מעל קערת המרק פתיתי גבינה צהובה שיכסו את הכל ולהכניס לתנור שחומם מראש לחום של 250 מעלות לשתי דקות עד יצירת שכבת גבינה מותכת.
אופציה שנייה: להגיש את המרק בצורה הקלאסית עם קרוטונים.
