מרק עגבניות עשיר ומזין והכי חשוב טעים בטירוף.

מצרכים
800 גרם עגבניות שלמות או מרוסקות מקופסת שימורים
2 רסק עגבניות קטן
2 עגבניות קצוצות
2 כפות שמן זית
2 שיני שום כתושות
חצי בצל קצוץ (אופציונאלי)
4 כוסות מים
1 כפית אורגנו יבש
1 כפית מלח
1/2 כפית אגוז מוסקט
1/3 כוס אורז (לבן או מלא)

לקישוט: טחינה וגרעיני דלעת


הוראות הכנה
מטגנים קלות בסיר בעזרת שמן הזית את שיני השום והחצי בצל הקצוץ. לאחר הטיגון מוסיפים את 2 העגבניות הקצוצות שיקבלו את הארומה ואז את 2 קופסאות השימורים של העגבניות, 4 כוסות המים, רסק העגבניות, המלח והאורגנו, מערבבים ומביאים לרתיחה על אש גבוהה.

לאחר הרתיחה מנמיכים לבינונית- נמוכה, מכסים וממשיכים לבשל במשך 20-25 דקות.

טוחנים את המרק בעזרת בלנדר טוחן מוט (מי שלא אוהב שהמרקם חלק לחלוטין יכול לטחון חלקית ולהשאיר חתיכות)

מוסיפים את האורז ואגוז המוסקט ומבשלים על אש בינונית- נמוכה כעשרים דקות נוספות.

אם יש לכם כבר אורז מוכן אפשר להוסיף אותו ולבשל דקות בודדות בלבד ולא עשרים.
לסיום, כשהמרק כבר בקערות, סלפי טחינה והוסיפו גרעיני דלעת לקראנצ׳יות.
