מתכון למרק ירוק

מתכון קל והכי טעים שיש!

מצרכים:
1 כף שמן קוקוס
1 צרור סלרי
1 בצל
1 צרור פטרוזיליה
2 חבילות אפונה קפואה
2 בטטות בינוניות
3 גזרים
1 מיכל שמנת לבישול 9%
1 כף פלפל לבן
2 כפות אבקת שום
1 כף פלפל שחור
2 כפות כורכום
1 כף אגוז מוסקט טחון

אופן הכנה:
בסיר גדול מחממים את שמן הקוקוס ומוסיפים את עלי הסלרי,בצל ופטרוזיליה, מערבבים ומכסים לדקה. מוסיפים את האפונה, הבטטות והגזרים, מערבבים הכל ומכסים לכ-שתי דקות. מוסיפים את מיכל השמנת לבישול ומערבבים טוב, מוסיפים את שאר התבלינים ומערבבים הכל למשך חצי דקה. ממלאים את הסיר מים עד גובה של כ- 5 ס"מ מעל הכל ומביאים לרתיחה.

לאחר הרתיחה מכסים את הסיר ומנמיכים לחום בינוני-נמוך את האש למשך כ-40 דקות. *לאחר שהמרק מוכן ניתן לטחון עם מוט בלנדר לקבלת מרקם חלק.

לקישוט שמים למעלה כמה עלי כוסברה/פטרוזיליה (לא חובה אבל זה מוסיף ליופי וגם קצת לטעם). *ניתן לשדרג את המרק ע"י הוספת צנוברים (קונים חבילת צנוברים וקולים אותם במחבת עם מעט שמן זית עד השחמה ומוסיפים למרק).
