מרק כתום בריא וטעים סתם כי בא לכם להתפנק

מצרכים


1 דלורית
2 בטטות
1 סלק גדול
1 סלרי
1 מקל קינמון
3 גזרים
1 בצל
3 כפות שמן קוקוס
1 כף פלפל לבן
2 כפות כורכום
1 כף פלפל שחור

אופן ההכנה:

מחממים את השמן ומוסיפים את הבצל, חותכים את גבעולי הסלרי ומוסיפים לסיר.
מוסיפים את שאר הירקות לסיר ומערבבים.

מוסיפים את התבלינים ובסוף את מקל הקינמון וממלאים במים עד כ-חמישה ס"מ מעל הכל. מערבבים ומכסים עד לרתיחה.

לאחר הרתיחה מנמיכים את האש לבינונית-נמוכה, מכסים שוב לכ-40 דקות עד שהירקות רכים ומוכנים.

עם מוט בלנדר טוחנים הכל עד לקבלת מרקם חלק ואחיד (אפשר לא לטחון עד הסוף ואז נשארים גושים טעימים) ומקשטים בעלי פטרוזיליה מעל.

חשוב לדעת: מקל הקינמון מוסיף נוכחות מעודנת מתוקה למרק אז מי שלא כל כך אוהב קינמון יכול לוותר עליו.

לפני שאוכלים מצלמים אבל מעלים לאינסטוש רק אחרי כדי שלא יתקרר 🙂
