הגיע הזמן לגוון ממרק בטטה.

מצרכים:
חצי חבילת גריסי פנינה
3 חבילות פטריות
3 גזרים
2 בטטות
4 גבעולי סלרי
1 בצל
1 מכל שמנת לבישול 9%
חתיכה קטנה של שורש ג'ינג'ר
3 כפות שמן זית
1 כף פלפל לבן
1 כף פלפל שחור
1 כף אגוז מוסקט טחון
2 כפות אבקת מרק פטריות
1 כף מלח
ראש שום

אופן הכנה:
מחממים את השמן ומוסיפים את הבצל,השום ואת הסלרי כולל העלים ומערבבים.
מוסיפים את שאר הירקות החתוכים מערבבים טוב ומכסים.
מוסיפים את השמנת לבישול מערבבים ומכסים.
מוסיפים את התבלינים ואת גריסי הפנינה מערבבים ומכסים לכ-שתי דקות נוספות.
ממלאים מים על לגובה של כ-חמישה ס"מ מעל הכל ומביאים לרתיחה.
לאחר הרתיחה מנמיכים את הלהבה לבינונית נמוכה,מכסים לכ-30 דקות ובודקים לאחר מכן.
המרק מוכן! כל מה שנשאר זה למזוג לקערה ולאכול 😊
