עוגת בננות כזו לא אכלתם בחיים!

עוגת בננות בריאה וטעימה ועם טוויסט מפתיע :) כן כן,העוגה כוללת את קליפות הבננות

מצרכים:
4 בננות בשלות מאד כולל הקליפה
3 ביצים
רבע כוס שמן קוקוס
חצי כוס מייפל
200 גרם קמח כוסמין 80%
שקית אבקת אפייה
רבע כפית אבקת סודה
כפית קינמון
רבע כפית מלח

הוראות הכנה:
טוחנים בבלנדר את קליפות הבננות, יחד עם המייפל והשמן עד למרקם חלק.
מוסיפים את הביצים והבננות וטוחנים היטב.
בקערה מערבבים את קמח הכוסמין עם שאר המרכיבים מוסיפים לבלילה ומערבלים היטב עד לקבלת מרקם אחיד וחלק.
מעבירים לתבנית ומכניסים לתנור שחומם מראש לחום של 180 מעלות למשך חצי שעה, סוגרים את התנור ונותנים לעוגה להתקרר בפנים לעוד חצי שעה.
