75 גרם שיבולת שועל

בננה

ביצה

3 כפות חלב

שקית אבקת אפייה

אופן הכנה:

בקערה מועכים את הבננה היטב, מוסיפים את הביצה ושאר המצרכים ומערבבים עד לקבלת בלילה אחידה.

מחממים מחבת ומשמנים מעט בספריי שמן או חמאה ויוצרים פנקייקים בגודל הרצוי.

ממתינים עד להשחמה קלה והופכים עד שהפנקייקים מוכנים.

חשוב לזכור לא להשתמש בלהבה גדולה, ברגע שהמחבת חמה מורידים את הלהבה או עוצמת הכיריים לבינונית עד נמוכה על מנת להימנע משריפת הפנקייקים.
