כף אבקת שום
כף מלח
כפית פלפל שחור
כפית כמון
כפית סודה לשתייה
2 פחיות עגבניות מרוסקות ללא סוכר
אופן הכנה
קוצצים דקדק את כל הירקות ומעבירים לקערה
מעבירים את העוף
שיבולת השועל והביצים ומערבבים היטב
מוסיפים את שאר המצרכים ומערבבים היטב
בסיר עמוק מרוקנים את פחיות העגבניות מוסיפים כף שמן זית, כפית אבקת שום ומעט מלח ומערבבים.
יוצרים קציצות ומכניסים לסיר עם העגבניות.
מניחים את הקציצות אחת על השנייה ולבסוף מכסים במים חמים את הקציצות סוגרים את הסיר ועל אש בינונית חלשה מבשלים כ 40 דקות.
