ללמוד ללכת בגיל 39

הטור הכי חשוף וקשה שכתבתי אבל גם הכי משחרר ומקל על הנפש

את הטור הזה לקח לי חודשים לכתוב וסיומו הגיע בדיוק ביום ההולדת שלי. מקווה שתאהבו וקריאה מהנה 🙂

תשעה חודשים עברו מהפרידה, תשעה חודשים בהם עברתי את כל פלטת הרגשות שלא חשבתי שקיימים בכלל.

לא פשוט להתגרש, לא פשוט להתגרש כשיש ילדים קטנים  בתמונה והכי קשה זה להתגרש מול כל העולם ואחותו.

תאמינו לי חברים, אם היה רגע שבו קיללתי את היותי “נשוי לסלב” זה היה בשלושה חודשים הראשונים לפרסום הפרידה,

הרצון להראות חוזקה ולשדר “עסקים כרגיל” כי מה?  אתה עכשיו באור הזרקורים ואין מצב שיראו אותך שבור, עצוב, מפוחד ובדיכאון

השתלט עלי והכניס אותי ללימבו מטורף ששיסע את נשמתי וגרם לי לבחור בדרך של הרס עצמי בחדרי חדרים.

יש לכם מושג מה זה לעטות מסיכה כל בוקר, לצאת החוצה בפוזה שהכל טוב אבל מבפנים אתה מרוסק? מניח שלכמה מכם יש, אבל למי שאין תנו לי לומר לכם, סליחה, תנו לי להתחנן ולבקש מכם שאם תגיעו חלילה למצב שבו איבדתם את התא המשפחתי, לכו לקבל עזרה מקצועית וכלים להתמודדות עם האירוע. הדבר הכי גרוע שתעשו הוא לשדר עסקים כרגיל כשמבפנים אתם מרוסקים ומפחדים להודות בזה בקול רם. מפני ששם בנקודה הזו תחזוקת הפוזה הזו תעלה לכם ביוקר. המחיר הבריאותי, כספי ונפשי ששילמתי היה כבד מנשוא ולי לא היה מישהו שידריך אותי, יכוון אותי לבאות ויזהיר אותי מפני הסכנות שבדרך. וחברים תנו לי לומר לכם שלכל קרחנה שתעשו יש מוצאי קרחנה, ובמוצאי הקרחנה אתה רוצה למות! אתה רוצה למות מתחושות נוראיות, פיזיות ונפשיות וכל זה בעבור מה? לתחזק פוזה? לעשות רושם על אנשים שלא תזכור את שמם בבוקר שאחרי? אבל אתה נשאר לבד עם המחשבות, בדידות נוראית וכאב ראש שבא לך לדפוק את הראש בקיר כי כלום לא עוזר..

זה מצחיק שכולם אמרו לי שזה בסדר ללכת לאיבוד כוללללםםםםםםם אמרו את זה. אתה אחרי מערכת זוגית ארוכה, זה הזמן להתפרע ולהשתולל, אל תדפוק חשבון ותעשה מה שבזין שלך כי מותר לך עכשיו. ואני כמו אותו ילד שנגרר למקום שהוא בכלל לא רוצה ללכת נגררתי. אווו איך נגררתי! אבל זה מאחורי תודה לאל ואני פה בשביל לתת לכם טיפ קטן, אל! בבקשה אל תתפתו ללכת לאיבוד, אל תשדרו עסקים כרגיל. אם קשה לכם, תקבלו עזרה מקצועית כי זו לא בושה והכי חשוב! אל תתפתו רק כי עכשיו זה מותר. קחו את הזמן להתאבל, לבכות ולהישבר. זה בסדר להיות חלש, זה בסדר להיות בדיכאון, זה לא הופך אתכם לנמושות אלא רק לאנושיים. אני יכול להודות היום 9 חודשים אחרי, זה היה המשבר הכי גדול שעברתי בחיי. כן, משבר יותר גדול מההתרסקות הכלכלית שכמעט וחיסלה אותי לפני שמונה שנים, אפילו יותר גדול מהלידה השקטה שעברנו! עד כדי כך שאני יכול להודות שגם היום, קשה לי לעכל את שקרה.
תשעה חודשים שבהם עברתי את כל פלטת הרגשות וברמה הקיצונית ביותר. קשה להסביר את רמת שינויי מצבי הרוח שחוויתי אבל בואו נאמר שזה יכול היה להתחיל בנהיגה לפגוש חבר ואיך שאני מתחיל את הנסיעה אני שם מוסיקה ועף על החיים ושר ומתופף על ההגה וכעבור שתי דקות פרץ של דמעות חונק לי את הגרון ואני המתחיל לבכות בטירוף עד כדי כך שאני לא מסוגל לראות מטר בכביש וחייב לעצור בצד כי עוד רגע אני מתנשק עם גדר ההפרדה.

אני עדיין בתהליך של שיקום עצמי, אני הולך למטפלת שלי אריאלה, אישה שאפשר לומר הצילה אותי ומלמדת אותי ללכת מחדש ואיך להתמודד עם הרגשות, הפחדים ובעיקר איך לשחרר מדפוסי התנהגות ישנים שהזיקו לי  ע”י כך שהיא מאירה לי זרקור על כל הכישלונות והחולשות שלי, מציבה לי מראה וגורמת לי להסתכל על האמת מבלי לברוח, מבלי לבחור בדלת האחורית כי אף פעם לא התמודדתי עם האמת והכי חשוב מבלי לבקר את עצמי לחומרה, לחבק את הכישלונות והפחדים ולהתמודד.

 תמיד שכשאמרו לי שאני מתנהג ככה וצריך לתקן ככה הייתי נכנס למצב תקיפה ובוחר להתעלם מהביקורת ומחזיר אש ומאשים את הצד השני בכל המצב.

היום למדתי להסתכל על עצמי בפריזמה שונה, אמיתית, לקבל את הביקורת ולנסות לתקן, היום אני יודע איפה כשלתי, אני יודע לעמוד ולומר שהייתי לא בסדר פה ושם. נכון שיש לי עוד המון עבודה עצמית לעשות, אבל אני לגמרי בכיוון הנכון. אני משתדל מאד לא לחזור על טעויות עבר, אני עושה תיקון קודם כל עם עצמי!

בתהליך הלמידה והתיקון שאני עובר עם אריאלה אני גם לומד לא להתפשר יותר, לעמוד על שלי ולומר מה מפריע לי ומה מציק, אין יותר לטאטא מתחת לשטיח ולקוות שזה יעבור. דברים לא עוברים ולא נפתרים אלא אם אתה מדבר ומציף ומביע את הרגשות שלך. וכן! זה בסדר להביע דעה כשלא נעים לך ממצב מסויים, היום אני יודע כמה חשובה תקשורת ולא משנה אם היא בין משפחה, חברים או במיוחד בין בני זוג! אני בטוח שאם עושים סקר אמיתי 99% מהגירושים קרו בגלל תקשורת דפוקה ופה צריך לעשות עבודה אמיתית.

תקשורת בריאה היא בדרך כלל הכי קשה לביצוע. תקשורת בריאה מתבצעת במקרים שבהם הבטן מתהפכת לנו כי אין לנו אומץ לומר את מה שאנחנו באמת מרגישים או חווים מהצד השני כי אנחנו רוצים להימנע מלפגוע או להימנע מריב. אז אנחנו שותקים ומעמיסים על עצמנו תסכולים עד שהכל מתפוצץ ולפעמים זה מאוחר מידי. תדברו חברים, תדברו ותוציאו מה שיושב עליכם כי אני מבטיח שרוב הבעיות שלכם יפתרו אם רק תניחו בצד את אי הנעימות והבושה והחשש לריב. אתם כנראה ותצליחו לקבל בסבירות גבוהה תשובות לבעיות שלכם וככה תוכלו לפתור אותן או להבין שהמציאות שאתם חפצים בה לא תתקיים אבל לפחות לא תחיו בתחושות לא טובות.

תקשורת בריאה היא מילת המפתח לכל סוגי מערכות היחסים הקיימות לדעתי והיא גם הדרך להתפתחות האישית, מנטלית ורוחנית שלנו.

להיות במקום שאתה אומר מה שאתה מרגיש מבלי לחשוש ובניסיון לפתור את המצב זה מקום שהיום אני מברך עליו ועל זה אני מודה לאריאלה.
אבל די עם הבכיינות, די עם הרחמים העצמיים ודי עם מצבי הרוח המשתנים! אני בן 39! פאקינג 39! איך המחדל הזה קרה ולמה אני שוב חווה מעי רגיז הפעם מעל שמי רומניה בדרך לברלין  כמו בטור יום ההולדת 38 שלי אני אסביר אחר כך.
האמת שנדייק אני בן 39 ויום ואני מרגיש טוב תודה ששאלתם. מתנת יום ההולדת בחרתי לתת לעצמי בדמות סופ"ש בברלין. נכון, הייתי וגרתי בברלין שנים, אבל הפעם אני נוסע ממקום אחר לגמרי, מקום של שיחרור עצמי ושקט נפשי נטול עבודה ולחצים. מצחיק איך החיים מזמנים לנו אנשים שהופכים למשפחה בין רגע, את הנסיעה הזו תכננתי בכלל לעשות לבד ולפגוש חברים שם אבל מפה לשם נסענו ארבעה חברים שאת כל אחד הכרתי בנסיבות שונות לגמרי ונכנסו לי ללב ולנשמה ברמה שלא חשבתי שאפשר לחוות בגיל שלי. ניצן ג'רבי, ילדה בת 25 שנכנסה לי ללב עם החוכמה והיופי המהפנט שלה וגרמה לי להבין עד כמה אני ממרום גילי ילד על ידה, הפכה לאחד האנשים שאני הכי אוהב לדבר ולקבל תובנות על החיים.

מיקי גבע, קומיקאי, שחקן וסטנדפיסט שהכרתי ככה בקטנה בשכונה וגרם לי להשתין במכנסיים מצחוק במונית מהשדה למלון. הבנאדם גאון בהומור שלו ואפילו עכשיו כשאני כותב את הטור הזה אני נזכר באיך שהוא פנה לנהג מונית הטורקי גרמני במבטא איטלקי, פלט שילשול ורבלי של מילים באיטלקית שאף אחד לא הבין ושאל אותו איפה לעשות "מסאג'יו לה פרמז'נו" והנהג מסתכל עליו בחצי מבוכה חצי "מאיפה נפל עלי הדביל הזה עכשיו" ולא מפסיק לצחוק.

ואחרון חביב תום ליבנה, מנכ"ל ומייסד חברת "ורביט" שהכרתי רק לפני חודשיים ואני מלווה בתזונה ואימונים. בחור השראה מהלכת שהקים אימפריה של מיליארדים בגיל צעיר ויש לי הזכות להיות צמוד אליו וללמוד ממנו המון.

ככה מצאנו עצמנו ארבעתנו בברלין לחגוג לי סופ"ש יום הולדת ואני יכול לומר בלב שלם שזו הייתה נסיעת ברלין הכי מהנה שלי מעולם. תודה לכם חברים על שהכנסתם שמחה ואושר ככה לחיי ממקום לא צפוי.

אהההה מעי רגיז…ובכן כמו שאתם יודעים או לא אני קצת מפונק ואוהב לטוס בנוחות, מה גם שיש לי מיליון נקודות טיסה לניצול אז היידה לטרקלין העסקים בנתב"ג וככה מצאתי עצמי טוחן בחמש לפנות בוקר דברים שכנראה הייתי אוכל בשעה שתיים בצהריים, וכמו ישראלי טוב שיש לו בופה אכול כפי יכולתך העמסתי מטוב הארץ לצלחת.

עולים למטוס ומתיישבים ואז ארוחת בוקר מוגשת, בלינצ'ס (הכי טעים שאכלתי בחיי) סלמון, חמאה, סלט ירקות, לחם כפרי. ואם חשבתם שאני אוותר על זה רק בגלל שאכלתי כמו חזיר שעה לפני אז טעיתם!

וככה שעתיים וחצי בערך מרגע ההמראה התחלתי להרגיש מיחושים בבטן ואז לא אגזים אם אתאר את זה כ "צירי לידה" נשבע לכם והופה הברדק החל! וככה מצאתי את עצמי משלם על הגרגרנות שלי.

לסיום חברים, אני מקווה שהטור הזה הצליח לתת לכם טעימה ממסע הטירוף שעברתי בתקופה האחרונה, מקווה שתוכלו לקחת מהתובנות שלי אליכם ואם הצלחתי להציל משפחה אחת כאילו הצלתי עולם ומלואו. החיים מדהימים למי שמאמין שמגיע לו חיים מדהימים, הנה השמיים עדיין למעלה והאדמה למטה והחיים ממשיכים לדהור קדימה. זה קשה לראות את זה ברגע משבר אבל אם רק תדעו לקבל את העזרה הנכונה אתם תצאו מהצד השני חזקים, מוצלחים ובגירסה הכי משופרת של עצמכם. אני עומרי עמוס שלום, אבא של לני וגפן שלום, אח של מיטל ודותן שלום והכי חשוב בנם של ההורים שהם כל עולמי ונפשי אורה ויוסי שלום רוצה לאחל לכולנו שנקום ונלך לישון כל יום בחיוך ונחייה את חיינו בדיוק כמו שאנחנו רוצים 🙂
