מה אתם עושים שונה על מנת להגשים את החלום שלכם בזמן שעוד מיליון אנשים רוצים את אותו הדבר?

אני עומרי שלום ואני רץ לבד בגשם, ובשמש ובשעות הזויות ובמיוחד במיוחד אני אוהב לרוץ כשאני עם אפס מוטיבציה. למה? התשובה בהמשך….

אני רוצה שתחוו משברים! אני מאמין שזה מאד חשוב לחוות משברים מכל מיני תחומים ומכל סיבה שהיא ואני לעולם לא  אחשוב שהמשבר שאתם חווים הוא שטותי או נראה מגוחך בעייני מישהו אחר.

כל משבר הוא אינדיבידואלי ואישי, לאחד זה הקצת שומן בבטן שלא רוצה לרדת ומתסכל אותו וגורם לו להרגיש רע עם עצמו, לאחר זה הודעה ששלח למישהי והיא לא מגיבה והוא משתגע מזה ולא יודע איך לנהל את הכרייסס הפנימי שלו עם עצמו ומרגיש שהוא על סף התפרקות.

אדם שלא חווה משברים או מתמודד עם משברים הוא אדם שלא יודע לאילו גבהים הוא יכול להגיע, אילו פסגות הוא יכול לכבוש ואילו כוחות יש לו. כמובן שאני מדבר בשם עצמי ואומר את מה שאני חושב.. אני לא פסיכולוג אבל הייתי, ניהלתי, וייעצתי במספיק משברים ( שלי ושל אחרים ) בשביל להבין את המתנה הענקית שאתה מקבל בתוך התהליך הזה של התמודדות עם קשיים ורכישת ארגז כלים די מרשים שמשמש אותי בחיי האישיים והמקצועיים.

די לתרץ, אתם לא עובדים על  אף אחד חוץ מעל עצמכם!

מכירים את אלה שתמיד יש להם סיבה למה לא?

למה לא להתחיל דיאטה היום? יש חגים עוד מעט אז אחרי החגים אתחיל.

למה לא לפתוח עסק ולצאת לעצמאות? לא זמן טוב להשקיע, המצב על הפנים במשק אולי זה לא יצליח בכלל

( כאילו שאם אתה שכיר אתה מוגן מפני פיטורים וכל החיים שלך בטוחים)

בזמן שאתם מתרצים לעצמכם למה לא עכשיו מישהו אחר מקדים אתכם ומתחיל לעבוד ומה שאתם לא מבינים עכשיו אתם תבינו בשלב מאוחר יותר וזה השלב שאותו אחד שכן קיבל החלטה לשנות את חייו כבר נמצא בפער עצום עליכם. הן בפן המנטלי והן בפן האישי.

אז בבקשה תעשו לעצמכם ולי טובה ותפסיקו לתרץ!!! אין זמן טוב יותר לשינוי מהווה!!! זה הזמן שתקחו את עצמכם בידיים תסתכלו במראה ותשאלו את עצמכם האם אלה החיים שאני רוצה לחיות? האם אני מסופק בחיי האישיים או המקצועיים?

אתם לא חושבים שמגיע לכם יותר? שאתם ראויים ליותר? אדם נולד הולך לגן ואז לבית הספר, צבא אולי טיול אחר כך ואז למסלול די ידוע של לימודים, משפחה עבודה עד שהוא הולך לעולמו בשיבה טובה.

רק מה הדבר שהכי מפריע לי בכל זה? מה הוא השאיר אחריו? איזה חותם הוא השאיר בעולם? אולי הסביבה הקרובה שלו תזכור אותו לאחר לכתו אבל האם ידברו עליו שהוא איש גדול משכמו ומעלה ששינה את חייהם של אנשים ועזר להם?

מה שונה בין סטיב ג'ובס, מייקל ג'ורדן, דונלד טראמפ שהשאירו וישאירו חותם לנצח על האנושות  לשכן שלכם או החבר שלכם או אתם אפילו שמסתפקים במה שהעולם נותן לכם ולא במה שבאמת מגיע לכם…?

התשובה פשוטה

הם כולם חוו משברים גדולים מאד ולא הרימו ידיים, הם לא נתנו למציאות להכתיב להם את העתיד והם שאפו לטופ גם כשהם היו על הקרשים! היה להם חזון והם לא נתנו לאף אחד לעצור אותם.

ושלא תתבלבלו הם לא יותר מלומדים או חכמים יותר מאיתנו, הם פשוט הפסיקו לתרץ לעצמם ולא נתנו לאף אחד לעצור אותם גם כשהם לא ראו את האור שבקצה המנהרה.

אז בגלל שאני מאמין גדול במשברים ובהתמודדות איתם אני מייצר לעצמי משברים אני יוצא מאיזור הנוחות שלי  על בסיס יומי על מנת לחזק את עצמי מנטלית, לאמן את המח לחשוב אחרת ולמצוא פתרון מהיר ופרקטי.

ולכן היום אני מאומן ומחושל כל כך שטפו טפו טפו אני מסוגל להתמודד עם מה שלא יבוא בצורה טובה ויעילה.

הנה דוגמאות למשבר הזוי  שאני מייצר לעצמי:

אני מתקלח לפחות 3 פעמים ביום ואך ורק במים קרים. כבר 5 שנים שלא התקלחתי במים חמים. גם כשגרתי בברלין ובחוץ היה מינוס חמש מעלות תמיד התקלחתי במים קפואים, ותאמינו לי שזה לא נעים ואני כל פעם שואל את עצמי עד כמה דביל אני יכול להיות וחאלס יאללה מים חמים. ההתמודדות עם הקור ועם הרצון למים חמים מחשלת אותי גם פיזית וגם נפשית כי אני יודע לעמוד במצבים קשים ולא להישבר.

 אני אוהב לרוץ לבד בגשם.

אתם חושבים שזה נעים וכיף לקום מוקדם ולדעת שגשום וקר בחוץ ואתה כנראה תהיה לבד שיוצא לריצה? ממש לא נעים אבל אני יודע שבשביל לעלות רמה ולהגיע לאן שאני ראוי להגיע אני חייב לצאת מאיזור הנוחות שלי, לאתגר את עצמי ולהגיע לקצה גבול היכול להתנגד למיליון הפעמים שאני רוצה להסתובב וללכת לעשות מקלחת חמה כי קר לי ואז אווווווו אז לדעת איך להביא את תעצומות הנפש ולהמשיך כי המטרה שווה את הכל.

לרוץ בירידה זה הכי קל אבל הפרס השווה נמצא בפסגת ההר ולרוץ בעליה כשקשה ולא נעים ואתה רוצה לפרוש ולהרים ידיים מיליון פעם בדרך אבל ממשיך הלאה כי יש מטרה ולכן לא מפסיקים עד שלא משיגים אותה פה אתם זוכים לפרס הכי גדול שלכם.

אז כן חברים אני רץ בגשם לבד כי זה מחשל אותי ומלמד אותי שגם כשקשה הכל בראש ואני לא נותן לרעשי רקע להסיט אותי מהמטרה (לפעמים מדובר אפילו באנשים הקרובים אלינו שלא בכוונת זדון מערערים אותנו וגורמים לנו לחשוב שאולי כדאי להרים ידיים).

בזכות הריצות בגשם התאוששתי ממשבר עסקי גדול מאד שלא הרבה אנשים היו יכולים להתאושש ממנו.

בזכות הריצות בגשם צלחתי תקופה קשה מאד, שנים טיפולי הפרייה תוך כדי הקמת עסק לבדי בגרמניה והיריון של פונדקאית שאני חצי פה חצי שם.

התמודדות בגידול שני תינוקות והכי גרוע לידה שקטה והכל בתקופת קורונה עם אפס עזרה מההורים כי אסור.

הרבה מאד להתמודד ולולא הכלים שרכשתי בזמן ההתמודדות עם המשברים שבריצה אני לא בטוח בכלל שהייתי שורד את זה.

כולנו עוברים משברים, צורת ההתמודדות שלנו בעת המשבר תעצב ותקבע איך חיינו יראו.

אני היום מלווה אנשים בשינוי אורח החיים שלהם מלווה בתזונה וכושר ואני מתקל בסיפורים שגורמים לי לבכות מהתרגשות.

בחורה שירדה משקל רב כי נמאס לה להרגיש חרא עם עצמה ועכשיו רוצה לקחת את עצמה לרמה הגבוהה ביותר.

בחור שחווה פרידה קשה מבת הזוג ואני רואה איך הוא מתמודד עם הכאב, אנחנו עובדים המון בפן המנטלי וכשיש נפילות (וברור שיש נפילות בתהליך הזה) אנחנו מתעלים אותן לעשייה וחיזוק הנפש ולראות את השינוי הזה שמגבר מת מהלך הוא פתאום הולך זקוף ומחוייך שווה לי את הכל.

ועכשיו אני שואל אתכם… מה אתם עושים שונה על מנת להגשים את החלום שלכם בזמן שמיליון אנשים רוצים את אותו הדבר?

את רוצה לרדת במשקל? יופי קחי את עצמך בידיים תתמודדי עם הקשיים, תסתכלי לכאב בלבן של העיניים ותגידי לו אתה לא תנצח אותי, מגיע לי לחיות אחרת! להיות מאושרת!

אתה רוצה להרוויח יותר? יופי, לך לחנות ספרים וקנה לך ספרים שיהוו ארגז כלים לאיך לחשוב מחוץ לקופסא ואם אתה חושב שמגיע לך העלאה בשכר לך ותדרוש אותה. תתפלאו לגלות כמה אנחנו מפספסים רק בגלל שאין לנו אומץ לשאול…
